National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System

This government site sources data on notifications of zoonotic diseases within Australia,for example notifications of Leptospirosis, Hydatid and Brucellosis to name a few. It records the number of human cases of selected zoonotic diseases.

The information is extracted from the "Communicable Diseases Network -Australia New Zealand- National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance Systerm" run by the Department of Human Services and Health.
