The School Council and a group of dedicated parents are responsible for running the market. The market opens on the first Saturday of each month (March to November) from 9am to 12 Midday and is held in the Urrbrae School carpark off Fullarton Road (Gate 3). There are a selection of staff and students present to assist with the sale of school produce, as well as private stall holders offering a wide variety of goods for sale.

The Market showcases the produce of the school, and engages students in the process of marketing and selling their own produce. The market has been a great success and is an enjoyable experience for the regular clients who stop by for chickens, free-range eggs, lamb sausages, olive oil, olives, wine, jam, plants and many other offerings. Others pop in for a delicious coffee, muffin or BBQ sausage cooked by the School Council.
